Accessibility and Location
Adagio Access Gent is located outside the Ghent Low Emission Zone (LEZ). This means you can reach the hotel with any type of vehicle without risking a fine or needing to register your car, as long as you arrive via the city ring road (R40) or the route from Dampoort. Please note: if you drive from the hotel into the historical center, you will enter the LEZ zone.
The hotel is just a 5 to 7-minute walk from Gent-Dampoort station. Exit the station towards Antwerpsesteenweg; the hotel is very easy to reach on foot, even with heavy luggage.
Certainly. The fastest way is to take the train from Gent-Sint-Pieters to Gent-Dampoort (a ride of approximately 5 minutes). Additionally, you can take bus lines that stop at the "Gent Dampoort" stop, from where the hotel is within walking distance.
The hotel is strategically located at the Oude Dokken. On foot, you can reach the heart of the historical center in about 15 to 20 minutes. You can also take a bus or train from Gent-Dampoort station (a 5-minute walk), which will get you to the city center even faster.
Yes, there are several options nearby. There is a Proxy Delhaize and a Carrefour Express less than a 10-minute walk away. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen in your room, you can easily buy groceries to cook for yourself.
Yes, although we are near a major traffic junction (Dampoort), the hotel itself is well-insulated. The rooms are designed to offer a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist attractions.
You can walk straight to the new Kapitein Zeppospark at the Oude Dokken. This is a lovely spot by the water to get some fresh air, go for a jog, or enjoy the Ghent sunset.

Yes, we have a spacious underground parking garage that provides direct access to the hotel lobby via the elevator. Reservation is not necessary!
Parking at Adagio Access Gent is very affordable, especially for longer stays. We have our own underground parking garage (max. height 2.10 m) at Koopvaardijlaan 29. Parking rates:
- 1–3 nights: €22 per 24 hours.
- 4–9 nights: €17 per 24 hours.
- From 10 nights: €14 per 24 hours.
Yes, we encourage sustainable transport. Guests can store their bicycles safely and cleanly in our bicycle storage at the entrance.

Stay Conditions & Policy
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM and check-out must take place before 11:00 AM. Depending on availability, we offer the possibility of a late check-out or early check-in for a small surcharge. You can always leave your luggage for free in our locked luggage room.
This depends on the rate chosen at the time of booking. Did you book a room without breakfast? No problem! You can book our extensive breakfast buffet on-site every morning.
Saturday and Sunday: 06:30 AM–11:00 AM.
